ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
My Client Groups > Personal Payment Methods > Person Search returning "No Suggestions to display" when searching for a person.
Advanced Search is able to bring up the desired results with the same criteria
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Person Search should display Person suggestions while typing a name in the search box without needing to use Advanced search.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Payroll > Personal Payment Methods
2. Search for a Person
3. Receive "No Suggestions to display"
4. Click Advanced Search link > desired Person records appear
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot efficiently search for people when trying to view/modify/enter Personal Payment Methods
