Project Manager Is Mandatory Quick Entry Field But Project Is Created Without It (Doc ID 2885983.1)

Goal

Business requirement is to have 'Project Manager' as a mandatory key member on the same. If for some reason project manager is not added on the project, project should not be created. We added Project Manager as one of the mandatory quick entry fields on the template. In this case, Project Manager was added in the quick entry while creating the project from template . The project was created successfully even though the employee added as project manager was not accepted.
