Symptoms

Problem Description:

After downloading the .zip file associated with a Job Offer Letter Template in the Recruiting Content Library, opening or unzipping the file returns the following error:

Windows cannot open the folder.  The Compressed (zipped) Folder '<file path>\<file name>.zip' is invalid.

 The file size for the .zip file shows as 0 kb.
