Unable To Lock Current Period "Entity or its descendants not locked for previous period" (Doc ID 2886119.1)

Symptoms

Unable to lock Total Geography for current period. It produces the below error when chose to lock. "Failed: Entity or its descendants not locked for previous period" In the prior period you see another error message "Failed: Entity or its descendants locked in future period"

Changes

 New entities are added.
