Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Retro Pay is recalculating within last 1 year from the current period even though employee has a retro change past 1 year .

Employee has a retro change from periods of 3/22/2021 to 6/12/2021 but retro pay is not calculating the changes .

Retro event notification has been created correctly. It is created with Reprocess date 2021-03-22 . But actual retro entry are not created from periods of 3/22/2021 to 6/12/2021 when running the retro process.

Action Parameter "Earliest Retroactive Processing Date. In YYYY/MM/DD format. The earliest date that the Retroactive process starts calculations. Updates made before this date are not recalculated" is set as 2020/01/01

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As the employee has a backdated change to period Mar 2021, retroactive element entries to be created up to that period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make retroactive change for an employee, with the effective date more than 12 moths in the past.
2. Check Retroactive Event Notifications > run Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes
3. Check the Results and the status of the Retroactive Events
