Unable To List All User Groups Under Access Policies In IDCS (Doc ID 2886282.1)

Symptoms


When trying to set up cloud profile to monitor the Autonomous Databases in the OCI infrastructure

as in the following doc 

Setup cloud profile and Databases were discovered successfully

But unable to setup access policies as they couldn't list the User groups and can only see " omc administrator " ,

This set up have 2 idcs groups

omc_user and omc_administrator
