Document Upload Process Within Social Network Being Restricted (Doc ID 2886620.1)

When attempting to upload any type of document (PDF, Excel, txt, word, etc) to Oracle Social Network (OSN), the process is halted (displayed as hung process) restricting any other action on that browser page. This results in the need to force the drop of the browser page or shift to another page location.

A pop-up error windows displays:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into OSN from FA application for the POD
2. Go to conversation and then document/files
3. Proceed with process to upload document into conversation folder.
