Goal

Why is it below REST returns also invoices where BillSet is not equal to 1...

The user is trying to invoke REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projectContractInvoices with multiple q parameters but it is ignoring as we add more q parameters.

For example the below returns also invoices where BillSet is not equal to 1...

https:/your pod/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projectContractInvoices?onlyData=true&q=InvoiceStatusCode="DRAFT" or "APPROVED"&q=ContractId=300000059734071&q=OrganizationId=300000002855931&q=BillSet=1
