Symptoms

On : NA version, Operations & Maintenance

When attempting to save entries on the GL Cross Reference screen in ReIM, the following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Navigate to GL cross Reference
  2. From actions option select option to create new cross reference
  3. Select set of books, transaction type and code
  4. Enter GL segment values and click save
