Could not connect to external database due to an internal error! Please contact Oracle Support and include Work Request id <Work Request ID>
Error stack observed from <Agent Inst Home>/log/mgmt_agent.log file:
Failed to get database resource metadata: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection.
