REST Getting 403 Forbidden Error (Doc ID 2887876.1)

Symptoms

Getting “403 Forbidden” in querying the status of the job submitted through Scheduler API
GET https://xxxx.fa.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/erpintegrations?totalResults=true&onlyData=true&finder=ESSJobStatusRF;requestId%3D43007979

NOTE: The scheduler was running fine until yesterday.
 

ERROR
Response 403 FORBIDDEN


STEPS
1. Custom wrapper ( scheduler ) code that kicks off ESS jobs.
2. While job is running, call to erpintegrations REST api to get the ESS job status ( ESSJobStatus )  to see if the job finish so can submit the next set of jobs.
