TSS: Site Builder Page Items Disappeared After Upgrade (Doc ID 2888382.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Site builder entries are not showing up in the Site Builder tab in TSS Configuration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sites that were created should be visible in the Site Builder tab in TSS Configuration.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access TSS Zone
2. Click on Configuration
3. Navigate to Site Builder and verify if the Site Build Page Item/s is/are visible

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to see the site builder entries in the Site Builder Tab and perform any tasks/changes.
 

Changes

 A Zone Upgrade was completed in the customer's zone.
