Inventory Adjustment Creation Is Not Prorating To All VWHs (Doc ID 2888416.1)

Goal

Qty in InvAdjCre is not prorating in all VWH for Physical WH = 1

Physical WH 1 has 3 VWHs (31,32 and 33). All the quantity are being adjusted for VWH = 31.

 Below is the payload used -

Note: Tried the same process for a diff Physical WH 4 which has 3 VWHs (34, 35 and 36). For this WH, quantity is being adjusted (prorated) for all the VWHs.
