On : 21.2 version, Administration

When attempting to use APEX,
the session expires and following error occurs.

Error: Your session has ended


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to workspace.
2. Navigate to any link.
3. Session is expired.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot develop applications in APEX.
