Symptoms
Taleo web services API calls from PeopleSoft (Integration Broker) fail with the following error:
NOTE:
- The same web service call works fine when executed via SoapUI from another computer in the customer's network.
- A trace shows the API call reaching the zone's IP address. (IP address of the zone was verified via third party "SSL checker")
Changes
The Taleo zone was migrated from legacy to OCI infrastructure:
