Not able to delete Unposted Journals

Journals cannot be deleted as funds are reserved at subledger level (Projects)

If the user wants to unreserve the funds in subledger level, is It Possible To Delete Unposted Journals ?

Qn2:Where the user can unreserve the funds in the Subledger level (projects), which is the path for un reserving the funds in Subledger level ?
