PRC:PO: Getting Error JBO-PO_TAX_CALC_FAILED_ON_SUBMIT: An Error Occurred (Doc ID 2889495.1)

After 22C upgrade, user reschedules the Purchase Orders (POs)  in supply planning and it end up in the error:

ERROR

(JBO-PO_TAX_CALC_FAILED_ON_SUBMIT: An error occurred while calculating the tax for this order. Contact the Procurement application administrator).



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Go to Supply Chain Planning->Supply Planning
2) Click task lisk-> click Manage plans
3)Open Plan->go to Supplies and Demands
4) Search Release Status: Reschedule for Order Type: Purchase Order
5) Mark for Release-> Release
6)Pass the supply order number-> Search and see the above error
