Pinging DCS Agent from Console fails with InvalidParameter: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake (Doc ID 2889746.1)

Symptoms

+ Pinging DCS Agent from Console fails with below error :
DCS_AGENT & DCS_ADMIN: InvalidParameter: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake

+ But agent and admin is running on the server and able to ping agent and admin from dbcli :

[root@test tmp]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/dbcli ping-agent
Agent is ready to serve the requests.

[root@test tmp]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/dbcli ping-admin
