Fusion Benefits: 22C Feature "Group Waive Options Together in Confirmation and Benefits Summary Page" not Working (Doc ID 2890062.1)

With 22C, Oracle has introduced feature related to group Waive Options together in confirmation and Benefit Summary page.

In testing this feature, the customer found that it's working only if there is 'Waive Plan' configured and attached to corresponding plan type and person has elected it while doing enrollment.
It's not working for 'Waive Option' from specific plan.

e.g. There are Medical/Dental/Vision plan types which has different plan including 'Waive Plan' in each plan type.
Also there are different plan types for Health Saving Account (HSA), Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA, LTD Plan type which has plans with 'Waive Option'.
(like HSA plan type has HSA plan with 'Coverage' and 'Waive' Option)
