Symptoms
Newly installed Cloud Agent fails to start
$ omcli start agent
Oracle Management Cloud Agent

EMAgent is Thrashing. Exiting watchdog
Agent Command line omcli tool cannot connect to the agent due to network configuration related issues with the host:<Hostname A>.
There is a mismatch in the Agent Hostname: <Hostname A> and the name that the system resolves to: <Hostname B>.
