PRC:SSP: Action Taken Through Email On The Approval Request For Purchase Requisition Did Not Processed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Action taken by the approver to Approve or Reject the Purchase Requisition (PR) through email is not processed by Fusion. The PR remains in “pending approval” status.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PR and submit
2. The approver receives the e-mail notification
3. Approved the PR by clicking on the "Approve" action on the email notification and sending the email
4. The PR remains in “pending approval” status
5. After some time the approver received the email with the below-mentioned content:
"Your response to this notification was not processed. You earlier received notification for the task #### through email. That task is now closed, and no longer requires your response. You may simply delete original email along with this message."
