Custom Time Card Field Does Not Appear In The Time Entry Matrix, Though It Is Seen In Layout Set.

We have created a custom Single Attributed Time Card Field, in the layout component, "Required on the Time Card" is set as Yes.
Added the Time card field in Layout set.
After some time, if Change the Field from "Required on the Time Card" to No. The Changes are appearing in Layout Set Definition.
But When try to add the time card in the Employee Log in, the changes are not getting reflected.
