Purpose

File transfers or other processes across OCI resources within the cloud, or across FastConnect or an IPSEC tunnel, are not utilizing the expected bandwidth or are experiencing unexpected latency.

You cannot utilize the available bandwidth when transferring large files and get the expected throughput.

This troubleshooting article guides you on how to verify this throughput and speed, with links to available public documentation for more information. Before opening a service request, please go through the following performance troubleshooting and provide the data in the request if further help is needed
