A Dataset in Oracle Analytics Cloud is Updated with Many Application Roles with Read Only Access (Doc ID 2890978.1)

Symptoms

A dataset was created in OAC and permissions given to some specific users only.  For example: Go to the Inspect > Access tab for Dataset-A and add User-A and User-B with Full Control permission.

Later, on reviewing the permissions for the dataset, it was observed that many Application Roles now have Read-Only permission, although these were not explicitly / knowingly granted using the Inspect > Access tab of the dataset.
