Coherence Error Causing Null Response When Attempting to Approve Quotes via Email (Doc ID 2891572.1)

Symptoms

When replying to an approval notification with an approval keyword, a reply that only contains the word "null" in the email's body is received by the approver. An error can be found in the BM logs: 

"Unable to find a Coherence member based on member id: <id> Attempting to run task on local node."
