Direct reports have been removed, but still getting error: You can't cancel this work relationship because the person had, has, or will have direct reports. You need to assign the reports to other managers first. (PER-1532437)

ERROR:

The work relationship cannot be cancelled because the person had, has, or will have direct reports. The direct reports need to be assigned to other managers first. (PER-1532437)

Details: If the relationship start date is same for all of the direct reports, use the Direct Reports action when canceling the work relationship. If the relationship start date is different for your direct reports, use the Change Manager action separately from each direct report's quick navigation.  Reassign the direct reports on the start date of the supervisor relationship.

Expected to process transaction (in this case, Cancel Work Relationship) without error when the employee has no direct reports visible.

1. Navigate to My Client groups > Work relationship

2. Cancel the work relationship
