OCI Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) - Federated User Is Broken After User's Name Changed in Azure AD (Doc ID 2891679.1)

Federated user is broken after name change in Azure AD.

After a user name is changed in Azure AD, the user synchronization/provisioning from Azure AD to Oracle IDCS works as expected.  However, both user accounts (Old and new name) showed in OCI IAM and the newly created user doesn't have an "OCI Synced User" in the Federation tab in OC.



 Rename or change the user name in Azure AD
