The "Payslips" UI, accessed either via Employee Self Service (ESS) or by professional users (Payroll>Payslips) does not display the latest payslip record by default, when using the Last 3 months filter in Release 13 Update 22C, even if the Payslip Availability Date has been reached.
Employees and/or professional users will not have the record displayed by default if the Payslip Availability Date had been set to a date prior to the payment date.

"Last 3 months" filter on the Payslips UI to also include the payslip generated by the latest Generate payslips run if the current date is greater than or equal to the Payslip Availability Date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Me >Pay> My Payslips
2. The UI will not display the latest payslip record by default, using the Last 3 months filter
3. Respective payslip is displayed if using the "Specific date range" filter, using an end date for the search that includes the latest payment date
