Assets created from Project Costing have negative asset number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
      1. Create Project and Define Assets
      2. Generate Asset Lines
      3. Interface assets to Fixed Assets
      4. Run Post Mass Additions
      5. Review asset in Fixed Assets > Asset Inquiry
