Issue :

When User Terminate the person through Termination responsive UI facing an error "An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: xx, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP" 

Steps :

1. My Client Groups -> Quick Actions -> Terminate

2. Query an Employee and input required fields 

3. On Submit the above error raises.
