Symptoms

 RTV messages are failing in RIB hospital with the following records.

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_RTV.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] The required input parameter I_tran_date of program STKLEDGR_SQL.BUILD_TRAN_DATA_INSERT is null.

 

Creation Time Stamp in RTV message is an optional field.
