Goal
The user in this case requested that the Oracle Content Management Cloud Toolkit have either an automatic retry option --This would avoid administrative overhead in cases where latency or other network issues unrelated to the toolkit activity create a timeout. Having a retry option would speed-up the task in this sort of situation enormously.
