ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User withdrew from the Bell/BPM Worklist journal approval summary page through the worklist and then noticed that the withdrew journal turned into Posted instead of Withdrawn.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Journal to be withdrawn
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BPM/Bell notifications and withdraw a journal notification instead of Root Task
2. Check that journal status changes to Posted
