On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user had FA language preference as one language.
He logs in with different language.
On a report created with SQL query, when it is opened or a filter is selected, the report does not load the information correctly. It must be refreshed for this.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the report is opened, it should display the information correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application with different language from the one set in Preferences.
2. Open the report.
3. The information is not displayed correctly.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Customer need to have this reports to evaluate their quotas and progress in the period.
