Schedule Activity Print Preview Shows Company Logo Image and "Image cannot be loaded" (Doc ID 2893612.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Admin "Removes" Company Logo (located in Global Admin > Application Settings), and then Uploads an Image for Logo, the footer for the image of the Schedule Activities where the "Company Logo" is displayed will show the logo in a very small size and the words "Image cannot be loaded" in repetition according to how many times an image was "removed" after having an image in place, or attempting to view the print.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When Admin "Removes" Company Logo (located in Global Admin > Application Settings), and then Uploads an Image for Logo, the footer for the image of the Schedule Activities where the "Company Logo" is displayed to show only the image, or the words "Image cannot be loaded" depending on the current status of the "Company Logo"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access a Project > Schedule > Activities, Print
  2. Ensure there is a footer with a "Company Logo" displayed, record the findings
  3. Navigate to Global Admin > Application Settings > "Upload Logo (Pencil Icon under "Company Logo for Reports"
  4. Either Remove the Logo, if one is in place, or Upload a Logo, if none exist.
  5. Repeat Step 4
  6. Navigate to the project and review the print, record the findings.
