On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Service Request

My Help Search bar does not return expected search results

Within the My Help page, when entering an SR reference number into the search bar, multiple SR's will show in the search results even if they do not match the reference number entered into search. Is there a config task that can modify the search results?
