The Item detail ReSTful Service gives correct response some times while the same service when invoked on other days gives error.

ReST call for the same item giving response on one day and failing the other day.

Call in both successful and unsuccessful attempts GET: <SERVER_URL>/RmsReSTServices/services/private/Item/itemDetail?item=1200042647

1) Invoke the rest API call.
2) An error should be encountered as above or sometimes returns successfully.
