Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to create a new element for Lebanon: TEST (Element)_New,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[30000XXXXXX] in VO3000000000XXXXX
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Clients Group - Elements;
2. Create element - Error occurs.
