ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Automatic SR queue assignment not working

SR queue assignment not working. Run queue assignment is working fine but the automatic queue assignment is not working. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected queue to be assigned to SR automatically

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR

2. Click Save and Continue

3. Observe queue field is blank
