On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A few users are not getting bell notifications or emails for Journal approvals. The same users were getting bell notifications and emails for journal approval earlier.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All users should get the bell notifications and emails following the setup
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have rules setup for a group
2. Create a Journal that requires approval
3. Send for approval, some users int he same group get the bell notifications and emails, only one user does not. All users in the same group are getting the BPM task; this has been used as an alternative solution for the user not getting the notifications.
