Monitor Deliveries Screen Displays "Could not Fetch the Deliveries" Error On Failed Agents (Doc ID 2894656.1)

Symptoms

In OAC, the 'Monitor Deliveries' Console Screen is throwing an error when filtered to show/select the delivery failures.
The 'Monitor Deliveries' details frequently took a long time to load, but had been loading successfully.


Changes

 Error Issue started after OAC was patched to July 2022 (v6.7) version
