Symptoms


Item update is not made using the smart spreadsheet

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Go to Product Information Management > Manage Items
2) Search Item
3) Click Edit Item Attributes in Spreadsheet
4) In Spreadsheet, make any change (category, description, status, etc)
5) Click validate
6) Click Upload Data
7) Click on Generate Access Token
8) Click on Upload Data
9) See that the process runs successful
10) See that none of the changes went into effect
