SOACS Backup Failed with error "The backup archive already exists in the block storage" (Doc ID 2894723.1)

Symptoms

One of the SOA Instance backup failed with below error. 




Changes

Customer recently scaled their SOACS environment from 2 to 4 nodes.
Issue was in deleting the existing /tmp/workbackup folder from one of the new node, hence backup script failed.
