On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation
When attempting to run Run P11D Archive and Generate Reports process, the following error occurs:
ERROR

The car with unique reference E123456_Car and Car Fuel_9876 is registered on or after 1 Jan 1998. You must enter approved CO2 emission or engine size or indicate rotary engine.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Taxable Benefits card details for Car and Car Fuel component
2. Run P11D process.
3. Encounter error message.
