Goal

BDI Job DiffGrp_Fnd_DownloaderAndTransporterToOcdsJob failing

When testing execution of ODCS BDI Jobs to do a full refresh of OCDS database. The customer executed DiffGrp_Fnd_DownloaderAndTransporterToOcdsJob but it has completed in error.

Steps To Recreate:
1) Click on manage batch jobs tab
2) Select group "OCDS"
3) Select job DiffGrp_Fnd_DownloaderAndTransporterToOcdsJob
4) Click on execute button
