Symptoms



1. When attempting to start the PDB, the following error occurs.



SQL> ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE <> OPEN;
 ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE <> OPEN
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00704: bootstrap process failure
ORA-28365: wallet is not open

 

 

2. WRL_PARAMETER shows the $ORACLE_HOME, not the value of the sqlnet.ora.

 

Changes

 sqlnet.ora file altered.
