Images or media that are uploaded to OCC are located at domain/file/ under the classic sites, the images render with the site-context too, so the same images would resolve under https://site.com/site1Id/file/general/image.png and https://site.com/file/general/image.png the same

The same thing does not happen under the OSF site. So https://site.com/site2Id/file/general/image.png does not render under the site2Id and returns a page not found.
