API Merge Call Creating Duplicate Entries In To Profile List (Doc ID 2895318.1)

Symptoms

When a Merge Record request comes from API, instead of updating existing record API request is creating a new record in to Profile list in Responsys

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Request Comes from API to update existing 
2. Below is the "mergeRule" in request payload

Couple of Examples with same Customer Id and Email Address
