Symptoms

Problem Description:

When testing a job offer letter RTF file on desktop, then previewing it in PDF or HTML, all of the tokens populate values according to the sample XML file connected to the RTF.

As soon as the same RTF file is uploaded to the Recruiting Content Library and used in a job offer, Preview Offer displays empty values for the tokens.
