ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The name of the "PROVISION RESULT" element is missing from "Target Element Name" LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The name of the element should be available to select.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created "PROVISION RESULT" element
2. Created "Provision" element
3. Navigate to "Provision" element > Edit Processing Rule > Formula Result Rules > Result Rule: Indirect Result
4. Target Element Name: missing "PROVISION RESULT" element
5. Typing out the element name > Error: Invalid value: PROVISION RESULT.
