Symptoms
The name of the element is missing from "Target Element Name" LOV.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created "xxxx" element
2. Created "xxxx" element
3. Navigate to "xxxx" element > Edit Processing Rule > Formula Result Rules > Result Rule: Indirect Result
4. Target Element Name: missing "xxxx" element
5. Typing out the element name > Error: Invalid value: xxxx
